Train Elite to improve your health, strength, and performance with our Strength and Performance Training Program (SPT). SPT is our flagship adult training program that will lead you to better health, increased strength, and an active lifestyle free from pain and injury. Our Strength and Performance Program can be experienced in a private, semi-private, or small group training environment, with each format delivering a unique value and experience.

Private and semi-private training

In private and semi-private training, each training program is 100% custom designed to the individual based on their goals, needs, lifestyle, and current level of health and physical function. Private training takes place in a 1-on-1 format, and semi-private takes place with at least 2 but no more than 4 people training at a time with individual/separate programs.

Our private and semi-private training programs are premium all-inclusive services, that include customized health, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching as part of your training membership, along with our On-The-Go Elite program.

SMall Group Training

In a small group format of 6-8 people, each person follows a goal specific training program for improved health, strength, and performance. The small group training workout is tailored to the level of function and physical capacity of each member.

Included with your small group training membership is our On-The-Go Elite and High Performance Nutrition programs.
