The Athletic Development Program at HP ELITE offers the highest quality of athletic development and performance enhancement solutions for athletes of all ages. We work with athletes of every sport who are looking to take their game to the next level and rise above the competition on the court or the field.

Through a combination of small group and private training, we offer the highest quality of athletic development and performance enhancement solutions. Our coaching strategies and training methodologies are based on the systems and structures of Elite level athlete training, while simultaneously being tailored for the youth athlete. Our programs lay a solid athletic foundation for every athlete and we specialize in improving strength, speed, power, agility, movement skill, and resilience against injury.

We recognized that every athlete is different, and that is why all of our coaching programs begin with a thorough functional movement and performance assessment to assess movement skill, total body strength and power, and overall athletic ability. After a thorough assessment and evaluation we create a personal game plan that addresses your goals and primary needs. We lay out a clear strategy to help you improve your athletic performance and maximize your potential. Each athlete will follow a goal and sport specific training program based on their experience and overall readiness.

MAXIMIZING POTENTIAL.

On-the-go elite

To best serve our athletes throughout each phase of their sport season, we combine both in-person and on-the-go training with On-The-Go Elite. OTG Elite provides you with the flexibility to train with a coach in-person 1-2 days/week (or not all if you prefer), while also doing a self/athlete guided training program on your own that is written and designed by your coach. This program is administered through our training app and includes exercise demonstrations and instructions. We also provide coaching support and athlete accountability through tracking all training related activities through the app.

Our Athletic Development Program is delivered in two formats based on population and need. Our Youth Athletic Development Program (middle school to high school) is primarily delivered in a small group format that fosters athletic development, mental toughness, a competitive spirit, and personal and social development. We also offer private and semi-private training for collegiate and professional athletes.

Small group training

Goal specific and sports specific training delivered in a small group format typically consisting of 4-8 athletes. Training focuses on the development of strength, speed, power, agility and overall athleticism and injury resilience.

private & Semi-Private

Private and semi-private training for collegiate and professional athletes in a 1-on-1 or 2-4 person setting with each individual following customed designed programs.
