The HP Kickstart Program lays the foundation for achieving High Performance, and gives you the exact formula to build a strong core, increase your strength and exercise capacity, and reduce your risk of pain and injury from daily activities. Over a 4-week period you will learn the foundational movement patterns that are essential to every great training program. These essential movement patterns will prepare and strengthen your body for a pain-free active lifestyle.

Best of all, the program is delivered via our training app and requires minimal equipment (A pair of dumbbells will work), so you can do it at home or the gym. After just 28 days you can expect to see improvements in your energy levels, mobility/flexibility, muscular strength and endurance, core strength and stability, and overall exercise capacity.

This program is ideal if you are just beginning your health and fitness journey, restarting after a long hiatus, or recovering from an injury and want to safely ease your way back to full function and performance.

Included with your training program is our 4-week nutrition foundations coaching program to help you improve your health and body composition through better nutrition and lifestyle habits. This coaching program includes healthy recipes, nutrition guides (such as 7 Steps to Healthy Eating), and weekly actionable steps for you to take that will help you discover what approach to nutrition works best for you and your goals.

The final piece to the puzzle of High Performance is developing lifestyle habits that align with the goals and vision you have for yourself. No more going in circles feeling lost and confused about how to move forward. These lifestyle habits are easy to implement and will help you accomplish any kind goal or vision, including better health and performance. Each week you will implement High Performance Habits into your daily or weekly routine and keep track of your daily progress. To keep you from going at this alone your High Performance Coach will be there to provide you with support, and give you clarity when you need it.
