terms and conditions

I. GENERAL GUIDELINES

A. All monthly training memberships are to be paid in full on a monthly (every 4 weeks) cycle. Flex training

memberships are paid in full in advance and must be used within 3 months of the date of purchase.

B. For best results, we support training at least 2-3 times per week to increase the probability of successfully

achieving your goals. For weight loss goals it is imperative to address your nutrition habits as much as your

exercise habits.

C. We ask that you are punctual for your session, in your proper workout attire, and ready to workout. This

courtesy is appreciated to help keep sessions from overlapping. If you are late for your session, we will not be

able to extend your session time. We can only guarantee the scheduled time.

D. For the purposes of this agreement, a month is considered a 4-week cycle.

E. Communication with your Coach/Trainer will occur via email, text, phone, and in-app messaging.

II. TRAINING COMMITMENT AND ROLL-OVER SESSIONS

A. Monthly training memberships (with the exclusion of any special or all access memberships) allow for up to 2

rollover sessions/month and up to a balance of 4 rollover sessions at any given time. We encourage you to

schedule rollovers sessions as soon as possible to avoid losing sessions beyond the 4 balance limit. Roll-over

sessions are only valid for the duration of your training membership agreement. When your monthly plan

expires, and you do not intend to repurchase, any unused sessions will not roll-over and no refunds will be

given.

B. Flex training membership sessions must be used within 3 months of purchase.

III. APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION

A. Previously booked or scheduled sessions must be canceled a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled

session to avoid being charged. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show you will be charged for that

session.

IV. REFUNDS

A. Plans are non-refundable. Any case of a full or partial refund will only be given consideration in extenuating

circumstances such as a debilitating injury, surgery, or life changing circumstances.
