At High Performance Sports and Training Solutions we offer performance enhancement and wellness solutions to individuals and organizations. Within our coaching and training programs we blend the principles of strength and conditioning, sports performance, and rehab science to maximize your potential and fill the gap between rehab and High Performance. Our goal is to be your solution (and the best solution) for building strength, enhancing performance, and reducing injury risks. We accomplish this by focusing on proper movement, good nutrition, the right mindset, and sufficient recovery. Our coaching programs and services are offered in-person (we come to you), virtually, and online so whether you are near or far we can help. HPST Solutions is perfect if you’re a busy professional looking to get strong and lean out your body, an athlete seeking to enhance your performance and gain that competitive edge, or if you’re recovering from a nagging injury and hoping to make your body more resilient.
In addition to our coaching and training solutions, we also offer wellness programming and consulting services to small businesses, universities, and residential communities. Our unique approach to wellness through online, virtual, and in-person programs, will help you meet the diverse needs of your workplace and community whenever and wherever.
